I am happily acquainted with both Bianca and Tye, and their owners, having seen them many times in Sam Smith Park and on the Lakeshore. This blog is a great idea! Saw your ad posted in the window at Doggy Styles Groomers. I'm unhappy to hear about my neighbourhood's dog owners being given exorbitant tickets for having their dogs off leash. Great idea to designate part of the park to allowing our dogs to run free without fear of getting a ticket!
